Born and raised on a dairy farm in the Waikato, Dave has spent all his working life in rural sales with the first 14 years within various rural and dairy company retail outlets throughout the Waikato. On returning from his OE he did a 3-year stint with Fruitfed Supplies in Pukekohe and then joined Merial Animal Health (which eventually turned into Boehringer Animal Health) and was a senior Territory Manager for 17 years. He looked after Vet Clinics and farmers in the Waikato, BOP and Northland.

Dave joined the Franklin Vets team in May 2023 and is looking forward to working with the fantastic staff at Franklin Vets and also catching up with a lot of the farmer clients that I have worked with over the last 17 years. He hopes to use the knowledge on Anthelmintics & Parasite control that he has built up over his time with BI to help our clients navigate their way through animal health programs and resistance issues.
