Hayley grew up on a dairy farm near Matamata in Waikato. She completed a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) at the University of Waikato majoring in Accounting and then worked in a variety of Finance roles in NZ, the UK and South Africa. Some of the organisations she has worked for are KPMG, NZ Dairy Board, McDonald's, OfficeMax and Awanui Group (Labtests/Gribbles).
She really enjoys working in Finance roles as she is able to learn about all parts of an organisation, as well as work with people across the whole business.
Hayley lives in Pukekohe and in her spare time she enjoys playing squash, hiking, spending time at the beach and watching her kids participating in various sports.
