Nadene Stephens - Customer Services

Nadene started at Franklin Vets end of January 2024 as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Before joining our team Nadene worked in various customer service roles but it had always been her dream to work at a vet clinic. Nadene's favourite thing about her job is interacting with the animals and owners, and she enjoys helping owners provide the best care for their fur babies. Nadene loves that we are a tight-knit team who are considerate and caring to all of the patients who visit our clinic and she thinks we are a lot of fun too!

Her favourite thing about her day-to-day is that you never know what is going to come through our doors, every day is so different and varied. She is particularly interested in providing a service to the community and enhancing animals’ general health and well-being, something she finds so rewarding in her role.

At home, Nadene has just a few dogs….6 in fact! All except for one are rescues, some of them have come over with her family from South Africa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her human and pet family, getting together with friends, and keeping herself active.
