Amber graduated from Massey University at the end of 2021. Her veterinary interests lie in large animals, particularly cows, sheep and deer but she also works with small animals.
She grew up on a small family dairy farm in central Waikato. She knew very early on that she wanted to work in the dairy industry and the veterinary profession seemed to fit with her love of science, people and the outdoors.
In her spare time, Amber loves watching motorsport including stock cars and Formula 1. She is also planning on getting into racing karts. She loves snowsports and is a self-taught snowboarder.
