Lana and Harley (Border Terrier) joined the Waiuku Customer Service Team in May 2022 for 6 months, then came back in April 2023 on a permanent contract. She loves the fact she can combine her love for animals with her interpersonal skills.

Outside of work she plays squash at a national level and enjoys spending time with her family on weekends when she is not in a tournament.
